Good morning! Since we were not able to have services yesterday, I wanted to take just a minute and update all of our MCC peeps about everything that is coming up this week.
I hope the majority of you found out that our services were canceled before you made the trip to our building. When we saw the water over the drive, with more rain to come, we knew the safe thing to do was to cancel.

While we missed getting to worship with everyone yesterday, there are lots of things to look forward to this week. Here is all the pertinent info:
– New Community is this Wednesday at 7pm. Join us for this time of singing, teaching, and communion.
– Spiritual Gifts small group set to begin May 16. This 6-week class will meet for one hour each week, and is designed to help people discover and use their gifts. This is a topic that is crucial to the life and health of our church, so if you’ve never been through a group like this, please consider signing up. There will be more info on Sunday.
– This coming Sunday is Mother’s Day…and we will be back in full force! This service is going to be a lot of fun with singing, featured music, and baby dedications! I hope you will make plans to join us at 9 or 10:30 am.
